Pleasant weather, happy faces, outdoor sports and fun – the magic formula for a successful Sport2Life Kids Day in Letňany, Prague. The event took place at the fantastic outdoor multi-sports courts of the Letňany elementary school. The weather was fantastic on Saturday so we introduced the firstgraders from the Letňany elementary school to the fun elements of football, basketball, volleyball and floorball. Sport2Life enabled children and parents to spend a day in a relaxed and educational sport environment with famous athletes such as Patrik Berger, Marek Pakosta, Aleš Valenta and Vladimir Šmicer. Special guests at the event were firemen form a fire brigade from Prague who showcased a fire truck and all its features.
Football lovers had the opportunity to compare shot speed with Patrik Berger. We were able to use a speedometer that records football shot speed.
Beside sports and activities the children had the opportunity to taste delicious and healthy meals. The menu included chicken breasts, vitamin water and healthy sandwiches.
